Online payment and confirmation
We currently accept online payment by credit card and debit card. Prices and availability of services are subject to change without notice. The prices shown on the Cotswold Hunt Pony Club website are quoted in UK pounds sterling (£). To ensure that shopping online is secure we encrypt the website using high level SSL security. All card payments are processed via PayPal’s servers. Paypal are responsible for collecting and storing your payment information.
Once a full payment is made for a rally or training the user will receive a confirmation email.
No refunds will be given if you change your mind about attending an event. In exceptional circumstances please contact the organiser.
In the case of cancellation, within 7 days of an event, you will be refunded in full. In the case of a competition the money to be withheld is stated on the schedule.
Cotswold Hunt Pony Club does not accept any liability for the content of external web sites.
